| Abstract: | The present academic work aims to analyze the forms and definition of Contemporary Slave Labor through the study of the Zé Pereira case, was signed at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights a friendly solution that Brazil recognizes an international responsibility for human rights violations of human rights, under the perspective of the International Law of Human Rights. With this, we intend to reflect on the current Brazilian legal overview on Contemporary Slave Labor. |
| Description: | O presente projeto tem como objetivo analisar as formas e a definição de Trabalho Escravo Contemporâneo, através do estudo do caso Zé Pereira em que foi firmada na Comissão Interamericana de Direitos Humanos uma solução amistosa na qual o Brasil reconheceu a responsabilidade internacional por violações aos direitos humanos, sob a ótica do Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos. Com isso, pretende-se refletir a respeito do atual panorama jurídico brasileiro sobre o Trabalho Escravo Contemporâneo. |
