| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | É observado o surgimento em Manaus de bares que oferecem cervejas especiais, tanto nacionais como internacionais. O objetivo desse trabalho visa analisar de que forma as cervejas especiais tornaram se tendências nos bares da cidade de manaus. Os objetivos específicos são: Realizar um levantamento histórico das cervejas e sua constituição como bebida popular em Manaus; Observar quais os fatores que influenciam na escolha das cervejas especiais. O estudo procedeu se com dois estabelecimentos estudados no ano de 2016, que foram selecionados por trabalharem com cervejas especiais, realizando se um comparativo dos dados e a analise das modificações sofridas no mercado até o ano de 2019 nesses mesmos bares. Concluindo se nesta pesquisa que o segmento de cervejas especiais sofreu mudanças significativas nos últimos três anos. |
| Zusammenfassung: | It is observed the emergence in Manaus of bars that offer special beers, both national and international. The objective of this work is to analyze how special beers have become trends in the bars of the city of Manaus. The specific objectives are: Perform a historical survey of beers and their constitution as a popular drink in Manaus; Observe the factors that influence the choice of special beers. The study was carried out with two establishments studied in the year 2016, which were selected for working with special beers, making a comparative of the data and the analysis of the modifications suffered in the market until 2019 in these same bars. In conclusion, in this research, the segment of specialty beers has undergone significant changes in the last three years. |
