| Zusammenfassung: | The objective of the study was to identify whether nursing orientations are available during prenatal consultations on exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) and how effective they are. This is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was performed through a semi-structured interview with 8 multi-stage women who were performing prenatal care at the Basic Palmira Mother Health Unit of the Municipality of Parintins-AM, from August to September 2017. Data were treated by Bardin's Content Analysis technique. Regarding the results, the research showed that there are guidelines on Breastfeeding (MA), yet no interviewee had knowledge about AME, how long it should be maintained and its benefits. Therefore, it is necessary to provide guidance on the different forms of MA by emphasizing the AME in an explanatory, objective and motivating way; accompanied by effective strategies |
| Beschreibung: | O objetivo desde trabalho foi identificar se são disponibilizadas orientações de enfermagem, durante as consultas de pré-natal, sobre Aleitamento Materno Exclusivo (AME) e qual a efetividade destas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva com abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de entrevista semi-estruturada com 8 mulheres multigestas que estavam realizando o pré-natal na Unidade Básica de Saúde Mãe Palmira do Município de Parintins-AM, no período de agosto à setembro de 2017. Os dados foram tratados pela técnica de Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin. Quanto aos resultados a pesquisa mostrou que há orientações sobre Aleitamento Materno (AM), todavia nenhuma entrevistada tinha conhecimento sobre AME, até quando deve ser mantido e seus benefícios. Portanto, é necessário disponibilizar orientações sobre as diferentes formas de AM enfatizando o AME de forma explicativa, objetiva e motivadora; acompanhadas de estratégias eficazes. |
