| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O objetivo deste trabalho é verificar a efetividade do monitoramento eletrônico em ManausAM, no período de 2014 a março de 2016, mais especificamente, em relação a presos que cumpriam pena no regime semiaberto e posteriormente tiveram o direito à prisão domiciliar. Parte-se de uma abordagem transdisciplinar utilizando conceitos da sociologia jurídica e suas implicações no sistema penal. Além disso é analisada a pena de prisão e seu desenvolvimento histórico, retratando as condições do sistema prisional brasileiro e amazonense. Por meio de cálculo estatístico, verificar-se-á alguns indicadores sobre a efetividade do monitoramento de presos e a possibilidade de ampliar seus limites legais. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of electronic monitoring in Manaus-AM, from 2014 to March 2016, more specifically in relation to prisoners sentenced in semi-open regime and subsequently had the right to house arrest. Starting an a transdisciplinary approach using concepts of legal sociology and its implications in the criminal justice system. Also analyzed is the prison sentence and its historical development, portraying the conditions of the Brazilian Amazon and the prison system. Through statistical calculation, will be to check some indicators on the effectiveness of prisoners of monitoring and the ability to expand their legal limits. |
