| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como tema a Gestão Democrática e a participação da família na escola, a experiência ocorreu na Escola Municipal Francisco Mendes, que visou abordar a participação dos mesmos nos processos democráticos da instituição, por meio da busca de opiniões e sugestões para a melhoria de alguns problemas que vem atrapalhando a qualidade física e educativa dos estudantes. Teve como objetivo geral investigar como se dá a participação dos pais e responsáveis dentro da Gestão Democrática da instituição escolar, por meio da análise das sugestões dos mesmos dentro do planejamento escolar para alcançar metas e sanar algum eventual problema. Para conseguir os respectivos resultados foi empregado a pesquisa de campo e a exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa que foram coletadas por meio de entrevistas com os participantes desta investigação. Um dos debates que serão abordados trata-se da possível melhoria da merenda e a reforma da quadra poliesportiva da escola que têm impedido que os estudantes tenham seus momentos de lazer extraclasse e por esta razão permanecem em sala de aula por longas horas em que o único entretenimento é o intervalo do recreio apenas para merendar e devido a pouca quantidade do lanche distribuído acaba sendo muito breve esse momento e os mesmos precisam retornar para a sala de aula novamente e continuarem realizando as tarefas que lhes são solicitadas no dia a dia acadêmico até o horário da saída. Por esta razão será apresentada possíveis possibilidades estratégicas para sanar esses contratempos, onde a intervenção familiar nesse processo em conjunto com a gestão escolar pode impactar direto na solução desses problemas, além de fortalecer a parceria entre família e escola. |
| Abstract: | The present work has as its theme the Democratic Management and the participation of the family in the school, the experience took place at the Francisco Mendes Municipal School, which aimed to address the participation of themselves in the institution's democratic processes, by seeking opinions and suggestions for the improvement of some problems that have been disturbing the physical and educational quality of the students. Its general objective was to investigate how parents and guardians participate in the Democratic Management of the school institution, through the analysis of their suggestions within the school planning to reach goals and solve any possible problem. to get the respective results, field and exploratory research were used, with a qualitative approach which were collected through interviews with the participants of this investigation. one of the debates that will be addressed are the possible improvement of the lunch and the reform of the multi-sports court of school that have prevented students from having their leisure time outside of class and for this reason reason why they remain in the classroom for long hours when the only entertainment is a break from recess just for snacking and due to the small amount of snacks distributed, it ends up being too much this moment is short and they need to return to the classroom again and continue carrying out the tasks that are requested of them in the academic day to day until the time of departure. For this For this reason, possible strategic possibilities will be presented to remedy these setbacks, where the family intervention in this process together with school management can have a direct impact on the solution these problems, in addition to strengthening the partnership between family and schoo |
